Did you go on a hunting trip recently? Bring your game in, and we'll create and package your choice. Please note that all pricing is per pound, 25 lb being the minimum.
How Should You Bring Your Game?
WE ONLY ACCEPT BONED OUT MEAT.
After you debone the animal, freeze it in a one or two-gallon ziplock bag. This is to ensure quicker freezing. If it's a larger batch, be sure to wrap tightly to help prevent freezer burn.
Separate the whole muscle in a bag and keep it separate from the scraps if you want jerky. Make sure to always freeze after separating. Deliver your meat to us, preferably frozen, but will accept fresh as well. The fresher the meat, the better the sausage. Call Uncle Jims Smokehouse Inc. to request a service.
MINIMUM BATCHES ARE 25 POUNDS, if you bring less than the required amount per batch, we can fill the missing poundage with our USDA approved beef and pork sold in our shop.
